Chancery Building Welcome & Parking Info

Welcome to CCI’s new home at 1120 Lincoln St, Suite 904, Denver CO 80203. Please see below for information on how to access our new office building.

Reminders

1. There is a security guard in the lobby during business hours who can also answer any questions you may have.
2. We are located on the 9th floor in Suite 904. On meeting days, you may enter via our main door or the hallway door by the restrooms which leads directly into the conference room (see above video for more information.)
3. Enter the building off of Lincoln St and proceed straight through the Garage door to get a parking pass and access free parking on levels 2-6.
   1. DO NOT TURN RIGHT ONCE INSIDE GARAGE. That is for reserved parking only. Proceed straight ahead and up the ramp to parking levels 2-6.
4. CCI STAFF WILL VALIDATE YOUR PARKING if you park in the Chancery Building Garage. Please see Kristin Dunn or Kieran Boes before leaving to get your parking validated.

6. From the parking garage levels 1-5, take the elevator down to level 1/main lobby. From there, transfer to the golden elevators which grant access to the office floors.
   1. From level 6 of the parking garage, you can take the elevator straight up to level 9 where our office is located.
7. There are restrooms in the hallway of our floor.
8. Staff is always here to assist if you get lost or wish to visit outside of regularly scheduled meetings. Please call (303) 861-4076 for immediate assistance.

Off-Site Parking Lots

If your vehicle is too large for the Chancery Garage, or if for any other reason you must park outside, there are plenty of nearby parking lots within a 1-2 block radius. Please note that rates in these surface lots vary from $12-$25 per day and staff cannot validate off-premise parking. Listed below are three examples of nearby, off-premise parking:

1. 1221 Sherman St, Denver, CO 80203. Number of spots/Availability: high.
2. 1065 Lincoln St, Denver, CO 80203. Number of spots/Availability: medium.
3. 1131 Lincoln St, Denver, CO 80203. Number of spots/Availability: low.

In addition to these lots, there is occasionally free parking on the side streets such as 12th St. or Sherman St. Most of these spots require parallel parking and some have time limits. Please observe all posted signage.
